The Story.

Graceanne and Daniel are a sweet and silly couple who had a breathtaking elopement day in Boulder up on Flagstaff Mountain at Sunrise Amphitheater. These high school sweethearts, and their Newfoundland Duke, wanted to celebrate their elopement in Colorado, where they all shared cherished memories, and they couldn’t have been more excited that this day had finally come.

When I First Saw You.

Daniel and Graceanne’s first look was one of the sweetest I have had the pleasure of capturing. Grace wanted Daniel to try to guess what her gown looked like. He knew that Grace had a classic style, so he guessed long sleeves and a veil. His reaction to seeing her for the first time brought tears to my eyes because it was clear that she took his breath away. He was enamored with her beautiful smile and thought her dress was even more stunning than he had imagined.

That Place in Time…So Gold.

One of the best reasons to get married in the early autumn season is being able to take advantage of Colorado’s incredible sunsets without having to wait till 8 pm for those golden colors to show up. Were able to catch these stunning colors right after the ceremony. Graceanne and Daniel look like they’ve stepped straight out of a storybook with their romantic portraits on Flagstaff Mountain. This is what I think of when I think about a Colorado elopement.
