Per our wedding contract agreement, please allow up to 6-8 weeks from your wedding day for your final digital goods to be displayed in your online gallery. We will send you an email with all the details on accessing your password protected gallery and how to share it with your loved ones.

The online gallery has lifetime access. You may revisit and download your gallery as often as you like.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing of physical goods after making your image selections in your online gallery. All items in your wedding collection, including the USB, are packaged in a bundle. Shipping times will vary.

First, inquire on our contact page. Next, we will schedule a consultation. During the consultation we will discuss your desired wedding collection, get to know each other and chat about the details of your wedding day. Next, you will fill out the wedding contract and submit your 50% non-refundable retainer fee. If the wedding contract has not been signed and the retainer has not been paid - your wedding date cannot be reserved.

Yes, every available wedding collection requires a 50% non-refundable retainer fee that is due upon booking. The retainer fee is needed to secure your wedding and/or engagement session date. Weddings are often booked a year or more in advance, which means we will have to turn down any potential clients looking for the same date.

We aim for a minimum of 50 photos per hour - this is a photography industry standard. For example, if you booked an eight hour wedding collection - you will receive a minimum of 400 photos.

We do not release un-edited photos in RAW, JPEG, or any other format for any reason - this policy is a photography industry standard and is not negotiable. Re-edits may be requested for an additional fee determined by your photographer.

Yes! We photograph couples and individuals from all walks of life. Inclusion matters to us and we celebrate diversity in all forms. We include gender neutral verbiage in all of our contact forms and questionnaires so everyone can feel comfortable working with us at every stage of the booking process.

You can order a wide variety of printed products directly from your online gallery print store. Find your gallery here and enter your password to view images. Click on the Shop tab located in the upper right corner of your gallery. There you can select from a variety of prints and gifts.
To order your prints included in your wedding collection: After your final gallery is delivered, I will send you an email with instructions on making your image selections for your 8x10 Prints, Print Pack, Keepsake Box and Album (if included).

Yes all print products and photography services will be billed with tax on top of the listed price. Sales tax on print orders is calculated based on our Colorado location and the shipping address of each order. Tax on photography services will include the average Colorado tax rate of 6.47%.

The complimentary photo session is a gifted service and does not affect the overall price of the wedding collections. You may forgo this session if you wish to do so!
